Dr. Cary Paulk
(D.Min., Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary) has been Pastor/Leading Elder of Bayview Baptist Church since December 2000. Prior to that, Dr. Paulk served in the U. S. Navy and retired after 20 years in 1999. His passion is to communicate the word of God with boldness, clarity and conviction. His heart is to make disciples and to equip others to make disciples.

Donna Paulk has a passion for equipping women to reach their full potential in Jesus Christ. She is a certified personal coach and gifted intercessor. God has used Donna to lead many women to Christ and establish them in their faith. Donna serves as the discipleship and Bible study coordinator at the Union Mission Women's Shelter in Norfolk.
